Payments:
30% as a deposit is required at the time of booking. The oustanding balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit:
a damage deposit of 300 eur in cash is required upon arrival. You should be reimbursed on check out subject to inspection of the property.
Check in From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Arrivals outside this time must be checked in advance
For check in after 8 p.m. a payment of 50 euro is required

It is necessary to respect this time to allow appropriate cleaning and prepare the
accomodation for subsequent guests

Cleaning Upon your arrival you will find the premise clean. At your departure you are invited to leave it in order. In the kitchen it is required to leave all dishes clean and to empty the dishwasher.
There should be no waste left.
